Tenant & Customer Appreciation 

  • Customer Appreciation Day
    Designate a day to say, "thank-you," to customers. Pass out parking discount coupons or give away inexpensive items such as pens, bumper/windshield stickers, lapel pins or key chains.

  • Tenant Appreciation Day
    In a high traffic area of your facility or a common area such as a lobby, set up a service table providing coffee, orange juice and pastries for your tenants. Give away coffee mugs featuring the building or company logo.

Tenant Welfare & Safety 

  • Umbrella Check Out
    Brighten up a rainy day by providing umbrellas to customers. Print your property logo on the umbrellas.

  • Vehicle Escort Service
    Add to the safety and security of parkers. Provide escorts to walk tenants to their vehicles upon request.

  • Designated Driver Program
    Patrons to nightclubs or restaurants may over indulge and become too impaired to drive. Provide free taxi vouchers to get them home safely.

  • Convenience Centers
    Tenants can enjoy on-site services such as dry-cleaning; photo processing; floral and gift delivery; arranging for massage therapy; purchasing discount movie tickets and shoeshine service to mention just a few.

  • Flower Club
    Have a vendor cart come to your building and sell flowers to tenants on a regular basis.

  • Videos
    Provide customers free movie videos. We'll help you contract with a vendor to provide new releases.

  • Ride and Read
    Lend out free books-on-tape for commuters to enjoy while riding in their vehicles.

Tenant Info Services 

  • New Parker Welcome Packet
    Create an information packet for new parkers containing a parking guide and handy items for the car such as caution triangles, a first aid kit or an ice scraper.

  • Parking Information Guide
    Give booklets to new tenants with information on parking rules and regulations, hours of operation, garage services, garage liabilities, or discount coupons to nearby businesses.

  • Maps
    Keep a supply of local maps in the parking booth for customers needing directions.

  • Rolodex Cards
    Provide tenants with printed Rolodex cards listing the garage telephone number, hours of operation and amenities.

  • Call Down Cards
    Tenants who must leave the building at a known time (to get to a meeting or appointment) can call down to valet services. Our professionals will have their vehicle ready and waiting enabling them to leave without delay. We also provide this service to hotel guests who would like to have their vehicle waiting for them upon checkout.

  • Emergency Preparedness Survey
    Together with the property manager, develop a survey to help educate tenants on safety procedures. For example:

Customer Satisfaction Survey Program
Central Parking System, in conjunction with an independent research firm, performs a Customer Satisfaction Survey annually to ascertain the quality of our service and compare trends to previous years. We share the results with our clients and recommend improvements.

    Vacuum cars, wash windows and headlights, leave a Central Parking System calling card.

  • Self-Service Car Care
    Set up an area in the facility where customers can pull over to clean their windshields, empty ashtrays and dispose of trash.

  • Battery Jump-Start and Tire Inflation
    Provide a battery and air compressor utility cart to jump-start vehicles or inflate tires.

  • Windshield Washing
    Central Parking System maintenance employees can clean windshields and leave a calling card stating, "Have a brighter day! Your windshield has been cleaned, compliments of Central Parking System."

  • Oil and Lube
    Subcontract with an automobile service to do on-site, light vehicle maintenance.

  • Auto Detailing
    Offer vehicle washing, waxing and interior detailing.

  • Car Wash Punch Card
    Give tenants punch cards offering one free car wash or an upgrade to a wash after 10 washes.

  • Inspection Reminder
    Place friendly reminders on vehicles informing the owner that their vehicle inspection or license renewal is due.
