Baltimore Orioles, the Baltimore Ravens and B&O Warehouse Tenants

Central Parking System manages parking operations for the Baltimore Orioles, the Baltimore Ravens and B&O Warehouse tenants (the office building next to Camden Yards). Central Parking System manages 10 on-site lots and 6 off-site lots, encompassing 5,000 parking spaces for the Camden Yards Sports Complex.
FedExField - Washington Redskins
Central Parking System manages the parking at FedExField, home to the Washington Redskins professional football team. Eight regular season games are played at the facility as well as two preseason games. Additionally, the stadium is used for other events such as concerts, soccer games and trade shows. FedExField opened in 1997 with a seating capacity of 80,116 and has grown to a current capacity of 91,704 seats making it the largest stadium in the National Football League. Central Parking System manages multiple parking lots surrounding the stadium that provide parking for more than 22,000 vehicles. With the addition of this contract, Central Parking System now works directly with 28 teams in the four major leagues, including management of parking at NFL stadiums in Baltimore, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Nashville and Philadelphia.
