Mr. West joined Central Parking System in February 2010 as Executive Vice President. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. West has had an extensive career in the parking industry having served in senior executive leadership and directorship roles at several large regional and national parking companies serving the downtown urban and airport parking sectors. Mr. West has gained extensive experience working with private equity in acquiring and growing parking companies and parking property assets by developing and implementing strategic marketing and business plans to accelerate growth for owned and client locations. During his career, Mr. West has served as a member of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and President of Airport Satellite Parking, LLC, member of the Board of Directors and Chief Operating Officer of Parking Company of America Airports, LLC and Corporate Vice President of Kinney Parking System. Mr. West is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the National Parking Association, has led numerous industry panels on P3s (Public Private Partnerships), speaks and writes regularly for industry conferences and publications and has advised numerous infrastructure and equity funds on the parking industry.
