    On-street Parking Management
    Our focus is to improve a municipality's on-street parking efficiency, minimize illegal parking activities which may create unsafe traffic conditions, and to increase its revenue through a proven system of well-controlled collection methods. Central Parking System provides well-managed on-street programs, consistent enforcement policies and effective marketing plans. 

    Meter Installation and Maintenance
    Based upon our extensive experience, we know the latest technology and the best equipment for single space or multi-space applications. Central Parking System has the leverage to purchase equipment at nationwide volume discounts which we pass on to our managed clients.  In addition, we have the expertise to effectively monitor and make sure that no meter is out of service more than 24 hours. 

    Municipal Off-Street Garages and Surface Lots
    Tight financial controls ensure that a municipality receives the maximum revenue possible at competitive rates. We provide a full range of management services including design and specifications of parking control systems, graphics recommendations, marketing opportunities, utilization analyses, revenue collection and maintenance functions. 

    On-street Enforcement, Collections, Adjudication, Citation Processing
    Many municipalities outsource parking meter enforcement and parking infraction servicing to Central Parking System within a scope determined by their city councils and staff. With a high degree of security and audit compliance, we collect, count and deposit meter revenues and validate the accuracy of all deposits. Central Parking System also manages non-judicial hearing processes for violation adjudication, as well as collecting payments for overdue citations.

    Case Study - Nashville, TN 

    For example, under management agreements with the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Central Parking System operates parking for city-owned locations in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.

    • Library Garage is a 1,000-space garage servicing the Public Library, the Nashville Convention Center and the Gaylord Entertainment Center. The Library Garage also provides parking for several large office buildings and a connecting hotel.

    • Municipal Garage is a 430-space garage that services the Municipal Auditorium, as well as state employees. This facility also provides economical parking for stadium events, such as Tennessee Titans' home football games.

    • Riverfront Lot is a surface lot located in the Downtown Riverfront District that primarily serves tourist and visitor traffic to downtown and the 2nd Avenue Entertainment Disctrict areas.
