Central Parking System has extensive experience managing parking at some of the most highly recognized mixed-use facilities. We have been an innovator and leader in the management of parking facilities serving mixed-use projects since the early 1970's. Because of the diverse parking needs produced by the various uses often found in these projects (hotel, office, retail, residential, etc.), it takes a company with our experience to solve problems created by conflicting demands.
Typically, consideration must be given to a variety of validation programs, revenue control systems, differing daytime and nighttime demand patterns, and shared parking efficiencies. No other company has more experience solving these problems and ensuring a positive parking experience for all users of the project.

As an example of the complexity of these projects, consider Crown Center, which consists of offices, two hotels (The Hyatt Regency and The Westin), 300,000 square feet of retail space, live theatres, residential apartments, condominiums and world-class cuisine at its many restaurants. Central Parking System provides three valet services, one at each hotel, plus one for the Four-Star American Restaurant and traffic directors for the many special events on The Square in front of the retail shops. Central Parking System provides shuttle bus service for retail employees from 7 AM until 11 PM, Monday through Friday, as well as a full-service, hand car wash and a Goodyear drop-off and pick-up area for automobile service.
