Our clients have access to our state of-the-art, web based management reporting system called Client WebVision^TM. Client WebVision^TM provides our clients with on-line real time access to their monthly management reports through our corporate web site. A password protected file is housed on our web site that contains the profit/loss statement for each individual location as well as a consolidated portfolio statement for those clients with multiple managed lots. Each financial statement contains drill down capability by parking revenue and expense line item. The drill down feature enables the user to view the detail that supports the total of each type of revenue and expense recorded on the financial report. For applicable expense items, the lowest level of the drill-down is the actual scanned image of third party invoices. WebVision^TM is not available through any other parking operator, separating Central Parking System from the competition.

Monthly Parking Online^TM is Central Parking's online application that allows monthly parkers to view their data online via a web browser. Customers can make payments, view past payments, plus much more.
