Alan J. Kahn

Senior Vice President

Alan Kahn is Senior Vice President of Central Parking System with responsibility for operations in the Midwest, Great Lakes and Rocky Mountain regions and makes his home in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Kahn joined the company in 1982 as an Area Manager in Denver following his  graduation from the University of Colorado with a BS in Business Finance. He rapidly progressed through the managerial ranks serving both as a General and Regional Manager in Denver, St. Louis and Atlanta from 1985 through mid 1996. In 1996, Mr. Kahn was made Senior Vice President of the European Operations where he was responsible for building the platform for the corporation’s European business headquartered in London, England. Mr. Kahn returned to the United States in 2000 to assume his Senior Vice President position based in Chicago.

Mr. Kahn is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Parking Association.  He is a past board member of the Center for International Rehabilitation, and is a member of the Chicago Development Council, BOMA, and the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association.
